Per signed school registration agreements, all school families are required to participate in fundraising including an annual family auction donation.
Families with students in grades Kindergarten through 8th commit to donating cash or a new item worth at least $300.
Families with students only in Preschool and/or Pre-K commit to donating cash or a new item worth at least $150.
Family commitment donations and/or cash outs are due no later than January 30.
Second trimester report cards will be held until auction donations are received.
Please do not solicit items from local businesses without first checking with the Auction Office as we may already be in contact with that business.
Auction sponsorships do not count towards the required family auction donation amounts.
Auction Donation Ideas:
- A round of golf with lunch and/or drinks
- Local fishing excursion
- Boat cruise
- Local getaways
- Donate your vacation house for a long weekend
- Round of tennis or pickleball
- Dinner party
- Themed parties (Rose Party, Karaoke Party, Fitness Group Class, Murder Mystery, Game Night)
- Beer and wine tours with party bus
- Tickets to upcoming concerts, sporting events, comedy shows, or local museums
- Gift certificates for ski or snowboard lessons
- Hot air balloon rides
- Airline miles or tickets
- Things to do around Seattle (escape room, ax throwing, Space Needle, glass blowing class, cooking classes)
- Beer, wine, spirits
- Dinner with a chef
- Restaurant or hotel gift certificates
- Spa day
- Meal delivery
- Monthly flower arrangements
- Themed baskets
- School swag, sports memorabilia, custom artwork
- Car detailing
