Sweat it out for OLF with this 60 minute barre class followed by a champagne happy hour with your barre friends!  Class will take place at barre3 in Ballard (5711 24th Ave NW) on September 22nd from 6 to 7 PM with a happy hour immediately following. Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.  We are a local and women-owned small business located in downtown Ballard.  We love supporting our local school communities and enjoy meeting new people who are looking to find strength on the inside and out.
