We have a wonderful menu planned this year in partnership with TaDah Events and Catering!
 

This year, our appetizer display will be open through the cocktail hour and feature the following...

  • Fondue Bar
  • Seafood Bar

 

Family Style Dinner...

Classic Canlis Salad - chopped romaine, bacon, croutons and cherry tomatoes, with heaps of chopped fresh mint and oregano, cloaked in a thick, lemony dressing  

Oven Roasted Asparagus Spears - Seasoned with sea salt, Meyers lemon juice and olive oil.  Topped with toasted sesame seeds.

Beef Bourguignon - A staple of haute cuisine in the 1960’s this classic dish is even better with beef tenderloin, slow cooked with pearl onions, sweet carrots, red wine, baby cremini mushrooms and loads of herbs. Served with garlic infused mashed potatoes.



Our Vegetarian Option...

Portabella Mushrooms filled with Polenta, Goat cheese and topped with fried onion slivers.

Our Conclusion...

  • A number of incredible desserts will be available through our famous Dessert Dash!
