Bookings are subject to availability – the property is typically unavailable January-March. Taxes, Administration and cleaning fees are covered. You must abide by the house rules and we will take care of reserving your accommodations and providing on island concierge. The condo has wonderful amenities including a welcome gift basket, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, HD TV and a stocked kitchen. Airfare and food are not included, certificate need to be used by March 1, 2018.
