We have a wonderful menu planned this year in partnership with TaDah Events and Catering!
 

This year, our appetizer display will be open through the cocktail hour and feature the following...

  • Onion brie and gorgonzola tarts. Tasty!
  • Spicy Shrimp with baguette slices. Caliente!
  • Stuff roasted peppers loaded with goat cheese, basil, parsley and pine nuts. Baked until golden.
  • Honey and red wine chorizo with manchego cheese on baguette slices.

 

Family Style Dinner...

  • A wonderful gazpacho (chilled tomato and vegetable soup), loaded with flavor and served in martini glasses with a bread stick.
  • Baby spinach and mango salad with fresh mango and feta crumbles tossed in a citrus dressing. Topped with toasted almonds!
  • Individual baby artichokes seasoned with garlic, oregano, olive oil topped with a garlic aioli drizzle.
  • Chicken thighs with apricots, lemon and saffron. Bone-in chicken thighs seasoned with lemon, saffron, coriander, fennel and cardamom. Slow roasted to perfection with dried apricots and lemons, topped with fresh mint, cilantro and toasted pine nuts. Served with cardamom basmati rice.

 

Our Vegetarian Option...

  • Delightful portabella mushrooms with apricots, lemon and saffron. Served with cardamom basmati rice.

 

Our Conclusion...

  • A number of incredible desserts will be available through our famous Dessert Dash!
