Our auction theme this year is "Havana Nights". Think 1960's Rat Pack with a tropical twist. Cocktail attire required, but with a retro vibe if you like!

Invitations will be sent out mid-February, but until then please prepare by submitting your auction item donations!


Hello from the Auction Office!

It's that time of year again! Your family's auction donation description was due to be submitted via this website no later than Wednesday, January 31st. If you're running behind, just click the item donations button above to get started now.

The commitment from each K-8 school family is cash or new item donation of at least $300. For families with children in only Preschool and/or Pre-K, the commitment is a cash or new item donation of at least $150. Please note that physical donations were due by Friday, February 23rd. If you are cashing out for you $300 donation, please deliver a check made out to Our Lady of Fatima School with "auction donation" written in the memo section. For parties or experiences, please create a certificate to provide to the buyer as proof of purchase. Certificates should contain your contact information and any and all parameters or restrictions for the party/experience including blackout dates, whether or not pets are allowed, etc.

We appreciate it very much when descriptions and items are turned in on time. Tracking down missing items is extremely time consuming and we appreciate your efforts and consideration.

Please do not solicit items from local businesses without first checking with the Auction Office as we may already be in contact with that business.

HOW CAN YOU VOLUNTEER

Over the next few weeks, the auction committee lists will be sent out. Until then, think about how you would like to be involved. This is our largest event and takes everyone's help and commitment.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

We still need to fill the following positions: 

  • Auction Cleanup (as many volunteers as possible)
  • Auction Setup (as many volunteers as possible)
  • Bar and Beverages (3 shifts) 
  • Finance Team (6 more volunteers needed)
  • Raffle sales (4 more volunteers needed)
