Each family's commitment is cash or a new item donation worth at least $300 which will be due no later than Friday, January 26th. For families with children in only Preschool and/or Pre-K, the commitment is cash or a new item donation worth at least $150.  

Preschool/Pre-K families, select quantity 1 to pay $150 commitment. K-8 families, select quantity 2 to pay $300 commitment. Complete this form if you wish to pay your family commitment via check. Must enter discount code "check" to avoid entering credit card information.
