Thank you for your family's donation to the 2025 annual school auction!
Per signed school registration agreements, all school families are required to participate in fundraising, including an annual family auction donation. Families with students in grades Kindergarten through 8th, the commitment is cash or a new item donation worth at least $300. Families with students in only Preschool and/or Pre-K, the commitment is cash or a new item donation worth at least $150.
Family donations, or communication to the Development Office regarding your donation, are due on January 31, 2025.
After January 31, 2025, donations are considered late and will accrue an additional $25 per week.
Second trimester report cards will be held until auction donations are received. Family commitment donations and/or cash outs are due no later than Friday, January 31st. Please do not solicit items from local businesses without first checking with the Auction Office as we may already be in contact with that business.
Please complete the online donation form for items or monetary donations by credit card or check. If you are making a monetary donation and would like to avoid credit card processing fees, please write a check to Our Lady of Fatima Parish School and deliver to the school office or auction office by January 31st.
Auction sponsorships do not count towards the required family auction donation amounts. Group hosted parties must be approved by the Auction Office before being submitted as a donation. The total value of group hosted parties or events is to be divided between hosts and must be equal to or more than the required individual family donation amount. Please contact the Auction Office for approval.
